Standard Flate Rate Shipping: 

For all orders under $60 theres is a $5.99 flat shipping rate option, delivery is 3-4 business days. For orders over $60 Free domestic shipping is included.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

Please review all information before placing an order. Incorrect addresses for delivered products will not be refunded or replaced.

Delivery is divided into 2 parts:

Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days after the order is placed for order verification, packaging and dispatch. We will do our best to have it packaged and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping Time: Priority Mail service includes tracking and delivery in 3-4 business days.

Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately at this time Mortal Sins Apparel does not offer exchanges or returns on any product. I am working to get to the point of offering return and exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!

Shiping costs are non-refundable. Returns are accepted for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact me support@mortal-sins.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any request after the 7 day limit will  not be approved. Product must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.

Mortal Sins Apparel will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or for missing packages that are marked delivered. We will also not take responsibility for packages damaged by carriers. As soon as the package leaves our hands, it is now your responibility to track it and be there to recieve it.
